It was good but lacking in some areas which would make it perfect. I would definitely stay again.

We're sorry to read that you heard the alarm..? I don't have any information about it...? None of my colleagues told me that the alarm had gone off, so I wouldn't be able to explain !

As described above, the beginning was awful. Once we had rooms for night 2 and 3, it was fine. But the horrible start pretty much soured the whole thing.
